The
Council, as a body representing all major textile associations,
acts as a voice for the textile industry on matters that affect
the industry. Such matters mainly concern with commercial policies
affecting Hong Kong's textiles exports such as quotas and anti-
dumping actions, Hong Kong's textile export controls system,
the employment ordinance, environmental rules and regulations,
taxation and tariff etc. It also undertakes by itself or jointly
with other organizations study missions, projects, seminars
and other activities.
香 港 紡 織 業 聯 會 是 一 個 由 本 地 主 要 紡 織 業 商 會 組 成 的 團 體 ， 代 表 會 員 表 達 意 見 ， 包 括 紡 織 品 配 額 管 制 、 反 傾 銷 條 例 、 香 港 紡 織 製 品 出 口 管 制 、 僱 傭 規 則 、 環 保 條 例 、 各 項 稅 例 及 收 費 等 等 。 聯 會 亦 會 與 其 他 組 織 合 作 ， 舉 行 交 流 團 、 研 討 會 和 其 他 活 動 。 |
